The depth that the course goes into is considerable, you will learn the processes that take place within the barley, through all the stages of production to how the wood interacts with the spirit to produce whisky. We will be visiting Loch Lomond Distillery and to a commercial maltster and we will have a Tasting Meal at The Artisan Restaurant in Glasgow.

*Visits may be changed at short notice due to third party production demands
