Uday Balaji
Uday is a man with a varied background. His curiosity to find new experiences and constantly change has taken him across various industries and geographies. This journey has seen him living in and traveling across over 50 countries and 5 continents. He has also traveled to over a 100 distilleries and whisky experiences across India, Scotland, Ireland, the USA, Japan, India, Taiwan and more. His experience with fine food and spirits includes his time running several award winning restaurants, of which Savya Rasa in Pune was voted one of the Top 50 Restaurants in India by Conde Nast. He has been a certified trainer for The Whisky Ambassador certification in India since 2018 and also India’s first Certified Executive Bourbon Steward.
