“What an experience! Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this class. From the history of whiskys, to understanding the different complexities of what makes different Bourbons so unique. The information you are able soak up is incredible. In the end being able to demonstrate proper sampling through nosing, and sipping techniques was alot if fun. Being able to differentiate all of the aromas and tastes through nosing, tasting, and understanding the whiskys finish helped in building an appreciation for Whiskys that much more. If you are passionate about Bourbon or Whisky this is definitely an adventure you should embark on. Great class!!”

I recently took the Certified Bourbon Steward training class and it was great! There's an overwhelming amount of information out there about whiskey, sometimes not always correct, so it really helps to have a more structured class and someone like Brian (who really knows what he's talking about) take you through it. I had no problem passing the exam to become a Certified Bourbon Steward.

The information covered in the class has also helped me become a more educated consumer. I know what different things mean and can make more informed purchasing decisions.

Brian is great - had a fabulous time at one of his Whisk(e)y 101 sessions last weekend. I highly recommend him for any great whisk(e)y learning experience.

We did a whiskey tasting and were impressed by Brian & his knowledge of the whiskeys, their history, and the history of the place (country/region) each of them came from. I can't wait to do another one of his tastings! Well worth the time & money!
